Photos and drafts before submission

The creative workspace saves selected photos and settings in IndexedDB in this browser. Choosing photos or changing the scene does not upload them to the generation service. A draft expires 24 hours after its last edit; expired data is cleared while the workspace is open or when you return. The site cannot erase browser data while your browser is closed.

Use Clear local draft in the studio, or clear this site's browser data, to remove the local copy sooner. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to reopen it. Signing out does not erase a device-local draft, and drafts do not sync between devices.

When you generate a video

Submitting a generation request uploads both portraits to TwoRap's storage and to KIE, our AI generation service, for processing. Your selected scene and the fixed Hotel Lobby Rap audio reference are used to prepare the generation request. The current creator has no story input or audio-language selector. WebP photos are converted to PNG in your browser before submission. We store task information, including the account owner, creative settings, status, timestamps and any error, to deliver the video and handle support requests.

A finished video is copied into private storage hosted on Cloudflare. TwoRap's playback and download endpoints require the owning account to sign in. Videos are not listed in a public gallery. If you download and share a copy yourself, that copy is outside TwoRap's account access controls.

Retention and clearing data

• Local drafts: expire 24 hours after the last edit. Clearing a draft only removes the browser copy; it does not cancel a submitted task or erase uploaded files, finished videos or payment records.
• TwoRap input copies: scheduled for deletion 24 hours after a task reaches a confirmed successful or failed outcome. Inputs for unresolved tasks are retained for investigation and recovery.
• TwoRap finished videos: available for 30 days after successful saving, then expire and are scheduled for deletion. The expiry date is shown in My videos. Download videos you want to keep before that date.
• Provider copies: KIE's temporary file-upload service documents deletion 24 hours after upload. Its generated media and task logs have separate retention periods. See the file-upload documentation and provider retention information. These periods describe provider services, not a guarantee that every related record is erased at the same time.

Account, task, billing and credit records are separate from media files. Clearing browser data or reaching a video's expiry date does not delete those records. Contact us about a specific data request; do not assume deleting an account instantly removes all provider or payment records.

Accounts and payments

Signing in uses account and session information, including your email address and profile. Account settings let you manage your profile and security. If you choose Google sign-in, the sign-in information is used to authenticate your account.

Stripe processes one-time credit purchases and subscription checkout. TwoRap stores the payment and subscription references, payment status, amount, currency and credit activity needed to provide your subscription and resolve billing issues. Full card details are entered with the payment processor, not in the creative workspace.

Website operation and analytics

Cloudflare hosts the service and its storage infrastructure. The live website also loads Cloudflare's analytics beacon to measure visits and page performance. Cloudflare describes this service as cookie-free analytics; see its data collection information. Account session cookies and browser-local draft storage serve different purposes, described in the Cookie notice.
