TwoRap Terms of Service
Using video generation, subscriptions and your private video collection.
The service
TwoRap creates AI rap duo videos from two authorized single-person portraits and a selected scene, using one fixed Hotel Lobby Rap audio reference. Video generation, private playback, MP4 downloads and subscriptions are available. Sign in, verify your email and have at least 100 available credits to submit a video. You must also confirm that you have permission to use both portraits.
The current generation format is a 12-second, 720p, 9:16 vertical MP4 with audio. The audio reference is fixed; changing the interface language does not change it. Custom themes, story input and selectable rap languages are not currently offered. Generation runs in the background; follow its status in My videos. Completion time can vary with processing demand and the generation service.
Your photos
Only use photos you have permission to use. Obtain permission from both people before creating a performance. Do not use the service for impersonation, harassment, threats, deceptive endorsements or unlawful content.
Choose one clear person per photo. JPG, PNG and WebP are supported, up to 10 MB each, 301–5999 pixels on each side, with width/height greater than 0.4 and less than 2.5. WebP is converted to PNG in your browser for submission. The creator requires one single-person portrait per slot and does not automatically split a group photo.
Creative limitations
TwoRap generates rap-style video performances using a fixed audio reference; it does not offer voice cloning or guarantee perfect likeness, lip synchronization or exact lyric delivery. Generated results vary, and using the service does not grant exclusive rights to generated material. Review a video before sharing it. Stage concepts are illustrations, not completed-video samples.
Purchases, subscriptions and credits
One-time purchase costs US$5.99 for 100 credits, enough for one video. These credits never expire, require no subscription and do not renew automatically. Existing subscribers may also buy one-time credits.
For new subscriptions, the monthly price is US$39.90. The annual price is US$399, billed in one payment. Both provide 1,000 credits per subscription month. Annual credits arrive in 12 monthly installments, rather than all at once. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel renewal. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed billing terms unless a change is separately confirmed. See Pricing for the current offer and checkout details.
Each video uses 100 credits. Credits are reserved when you submit and settled when the finished video has been saved successfully. A confirmed failure returns the reserved credits with their original expiry date. If a task is awaiting review, its credits remain reserved while the outcome is checked. Do not repeatedly resubmit an unresolved task; contact support with its task ID.
Subscription credits expire at the next subscription-month boundary and do not roll over. Credits expiring soonest are used first, followed by non-expiring one-time credits. A confirmed failure restores each part with its original expiry; one-time credits remain non-expiring. Preparing or clearing a local draft does not use credits. A payment does not automatically start generating a video. Creating another version after a successful generation uses another 100 credits.
Cancellation and billing support
Cancel renewal from Credits. Your paid benefits continue until the end of the paid term. If you cancel an annual renewal, credits for the remaining paid months continue to arrive on schedule.
An unpaid Checkout can be continued or canceled on Pricing. Canceling an unpaid Checkout does not cancel a completed or processing payment. Canceling subscription renewal does not itself refund a payment. Returning credits for a failed generation is separate from refunding a one-time or subscription payment. For billing errors or refund requests, email support@tworap.com with the payment reference and relevant task ID. Do not send full card details. A request is not a confirmation that a refund has been approved.
Drafts and finished videos
Local drafts expire 24 hours after the last edit and can be lost if browser storage is cleared or unavailable. Keep your original photos. Finished videos are available to their account owner for 30 days after successful saving; download the MP4 before the expiry date shown in My videos.
Clearing a local draft does not cancel a submitted task or delete a saved video. Read the privacy notice for processing, storage and retention details. For service or privacy questions, contact support@tworap.com.
